Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Package Your Item

  Place the Instant Pot and all included accessories back into the original box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
